Follow‑up sessions – £65 (up to 45 minutes):
Hands‑on treatment, guided exercises, and progress reviews tailored to support your recovery, build strength, and improve mobility.

Initial consultation – £85 (up to 1 hour):
For your first time, a full assessment carried out in the comfort of your home, including your medical history, movement evaluation, and discussion of your goals. We’ll create a personalised treatment plan to support your recovery.
Follow‑up sessions – £75 (up to 45 minutes):
Tailored hands‑on treatment, guided exercises, and progress reviews—all delivered at home for convenience and continuity.
Extended initial consultation – £100 (90 minutes):
Extra time for a more in‑depth assessment including space to talk through next steps without feeling rushed. Suitable those with more complex needs or situations .
Travel costs are included for locations within 5 miles of Gedling.
