Clinical Outcomes And Core Skills
By the end of the training, learners will confidently perform patient-centred manual handling, conduct clinical risk assessments for assisted transfers, and apply functional movement principles like sit-to-stand, bed mobility, and gait initiation with graded assistance. The course also teaches the correct use of patient handling equipment such as slide sheets, hoists, transfer boards, and gait belts. Clinicians learn to adapt techniques for complex presentations, reduce strain through proper posture and team handling, and document and communicate handling plans effectively with the multidisciplinary team. We also offer musculoskeletal physiotherapy, falls prevention and home visits physiotherapy tailored to your needs.
Comprehensive Patient Handling Techniques And Safety
BlueRose Healthcare’s training includes biomechanics, clinical risk assessment, patient evaluation, core assisted techniques, and hands-on use of equipment and aids. Participants learn to manage the environment safely, considering space, flooring, wires, drains, oxygen lines, and pressure care. The programme ensures clinicians can safely assist patients with mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation while reducing injury risks. By the end of the course, professionals are equipped to provide patient-centred, safe, and effective care across a range of clinical settings, ensuring consistent and high-quality practice.
